Do we charge GST

Yes, there is a GST which is appliable over and above the price value mentioned as per government norms. Each Category may have a different % appliable. Currently the Raw meat section has zero GST appliable. Cooked and Semi – Cooked sections will attract 5% GST, Frozen, Exotic meats, International treats will attract 12 to 18% depending on the product item. These percentages can vary as per govt norms from time to time.

I'm unable to apply a coupon code to my order.

Coupon codes are not applicable on discounted products or combos unless specified otherwise. These are marketing offers which MSE holds the right to discontinue once the offer period expires without prior intimation.

I'm able to apply the coupon code but the discount percentage is not getting applied to my entire cart.

Discount percentages are valid on products which qualify for the offer and will get applied only to the amount corresponding to the sum of these products.

Am I entitled to Free Delivery while promotional offers are running?

Delivery charges are extra (unless specified otherwise). Offers mentioned will be at a product level only.

Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I even cancel it?

Please review your order carefully before submission. In case you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 10 minutes of placing the order (by sending us an email or calling us). Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

There’s an error that keeps popping up every time I checkout.

An error message at checkout could mean a few things. Make sure your billing information is correct. This includes the card number, expiration date and CVC security code. If your card has expired or has an invalid expiration date, the payment won’t go through and you may receive an error message. Why do you charge a delivery charge?

We work on extremely low margins thus we need to add a delivery charge based on the location. As our volumes increase, we will try to lower this cost. All orders placed above Rs. 599/- plus taxes will be applicable for free delivery within a radius of 5 Kms from our Facility.

Do you provide Express Delivery Service?

Yes we do, however the same is available for a limited area and at a extra charge of Rs. 39 Plus GST per order.

Are your meats Halal Cut?

Yes all of our meats are cut with human intervention and correct methodology and are 100% halal. This makes the meat stay longer and healthier.

What are the payment options supported?

Currently we support all types online payments through Net Banking (IMPS only), Credit/Debit Card, Paytm wallet etc. Cash on Delivery is not available.

I have a quality concern. What do I do?

We take Special care at every step of the way to make sure that there are no quality concerns whatsoever. However, if you still feel that there’s a lapse in quality from our end, you can contact us at feedusback@meatstockexchange.com

I have not received my order. Who do I contact?

Go to Order History under your Account and check the status of your order. If you still have any queries, then please contact us at feedusback@meatstockexchange.com

Is my credit card information safe on your site?

Yes. We do not store credit card details in our system. All online payment related transactions are carried out using trusted Payment gateway systems.

Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option?

No additional fees will be charged from our end or our payment gateway system
